Here's a quick overall analysis:

Start of her career - She hit the earth like a meteor
Becoming a celebrity - She's all glammed up putting make-up and perfume
Rising popularity - She's rising as her old music videos surround her
She fell in love - The picture of the guy on the Sony touchscreen TV
Personal struggle - She was fighting with herself

AND really in-depth:

The video gets a real meaning when she appears in the white dress. It symbolizes the beginning of her career as she is innocent (white dress) surrounded by her first music videos (Baby one more time, Sometimes, Overprotected). She is getting higher because she was on top, yet, nobody really paid attention to her "real her", see the dancers with no eyes getting out of her white dress.
Then she goes to that dating website (Kevin Federline), and she starts slowly going crazy (2 pupils in her eyes @ 1:44). You notice that there's a speed progression in the music and choreography. Then the breakdown comes which symbolizes the crazy 2007 Britney, starting with her Joker Face @ 2:44.
Then comes the fight. There are two Britneys, the old Britney starts fighting her crazy side. The innocent Britney gets crazy too. As the fight is getting more intense, the innocent Britney is getting even more out of control. She destroys her past videos, her past work, her career. And then it stops. They all fall, and they all wake up sanely (with one pupil in her eye 3:46), and the 2011 Britney appears. In black (opposed to the white and innocent Britney at the beginning) dancing, with fire behind her. There is only one Britney at the end, as she is a mix of all the past Britneys. At the end, it's like she's in peace with all of them as they made her who she is today.
